The number of respondents for the silver car is 0.2 and the number of respondents for the red car is 0.09. 
To find the number of respondents that prefer silver to red = 0.2/ 0.09 = 2.222
To the nearest tenth, the answer is 2.2.
The answers means that 2.2 more people prefer silver car to the red car.
