Expectations for the developed countries:
- low death rate,
- lower birth rate,
- longer life expectancy.
By 2030 it is estimated that over 1/3 of the population in developed countries will be aged 65 and over.
By 2025 it is likely that deaths will exceed births in the developed countries.
