you can, but I would take precautions. Blood cots are formed sometimes for sitting too long.

Ummm It depends on the cause of the blood to.I suggest going to a hospital and getting it checked out and ask them if it would be okay.It should be okay but sometime sitting to much or walking to much could cause it to clot more and stop the flow of blood completely to the leg
