slope = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
set 1 : (2,8)....x1 = 2 and y1 = 8
set 2 : (6,12)...x2 = 6 and y2 = 12
now we sub
slope = (12 - 8) / (6 - 2) = 4/4 = 1 <===
