For solving this problem we have to know the transformations between feeds and kilometers and seconds to hours:

[tex]\begin{gathered} 1\operatorname{km}=3280.84ft \\ 1h=3600\text{ seg} \end{gathered}[/tex]

Now we can make the transformation:

[tex]60\frac{ft}{seg}=60\frac{1}{3280.84}\frac{3600}{1}=65.8\frac{\operatorname{km}}{h}[/tex]
