Alright always do PEMDAS (parenthesis, exponents, multiplication and division, and addition and subtraction)!

So do what's in the parenthesis first! So 3+[1-2(-2)]

Now the brackets are kinda like another pair of parenthesis, just the second round. So do that next. 3+(-3)

Now just add/subtract to get your answer, 0!
