i first got 210 ($28*7.5),  then added a decimal "." in between 2 and 1, which gave me 2.10

and you can clearly take off 210 +0.21 from your answer choices  because 210 bucks is even more than the item, and 0.21 would be like 1% sales tax

and you have 2.10 and 21.10 options left, and so I think 2.10 would be the most reasonable choice

so the final answer would be $2.10
