I believe you meant to type ''Anole'' not angle. The Anole is a type of lizard and like most reptiles has an dewlap which is skin hanging from its neck or throat that it can extend and retract.
The lizard swings this dewlap when it wants to establish its territory to other lizards and waves it around during mating season to attract females.
