Y= 3/2 x- 4
Hence slope is 3/2

Then equation of d : y =3/2 x - b

Y - 6 = 3/2 (x +4)
Y= 3/2 x + 6 +6
Y= 3/2x +12


Then the equation is : Y= 3/2x +12
