1. answer is d. 2.5miles, because the first 4 ran 3 miles, 4*3 = 12, so we need 15 to get to 27, because 27/10 = 2.7. The only solution is 2.5, because 6*2.5= 15.

2. answer is c. 25%, because 25% percent of 320 is 80, and 320+80 = 400.
